Cup Preview: Tadcaster Albion vs Ossett Albion

Tadcaster Albion are in cup action this afternoon as they take on Ossett Albion in the Integro League Cup at the i2i Stadium.

Brewers boss Michael Morton will be looking for a positive reaction from his side after last week’s somewhat surprise defeat to Skelmersdale United.

The two Albion’s have already met at the i2i this season and Taddy romped home to a 7-1 victory.

Ossett have struggled in the early part of the season currently sitting 21st in the Evo-Stik First Division North with eight points from a possible fifteen games.

The Brewers dropped to twelfth after last week’s home defeat to Skem, just their second league loss at the i2i to date.

However we all know that in a one off cup tie, anything can happen.

Team News: Goalkeeper Michael Ingham may return after eight weeks out with a facial injury. Adam Baker is set to make his second Taddy debut after re-joining the club this week. Midfielder Corey Roper is available again following his suspension.
