The latest game for The Brewers in their NCEL league campaign is on Saturday when they play at home against Cleethorpes Town.

The Owls are having another good season in the NCEL Premier and currently stand in 3rd place with 70 points from 34 games played.

Last season was their debut season in the NCEL Premier and finished in a superb 4th position in the table. Away from home this season, they have had 10 wins and 2 draws from their 15 games played. Their leading goalscorer is Marc Cooper with 29 goals in all competitions.

On Wednesday evening, they had a 3-0 win at home against Liversedge to go 5 points from the top of the table, and just 3 points behind The Brewers but having played 2 games more.

The away game with The Brewers back in October was won 1-0 by Cleethorpes Town with a late deflected goal by Marc Cooper.

League Leaders Handsworth Parramore play this Saturday at Parkgate whilst Bridlington Town at away at Pontefract Collieries.

I predict a very competitive game ending in a 2-2 draw.
