On Tuesday, The Brewers return home to NCEL action tonight against Pontefract Collieries after their recent run of away games. So far this season, Pontefract have collected 7 points from 6 games played to stand in 16th place in the table. Away from home, The Colls have got 4 points from 3 games played, their away victory being a 1-0 win at Rainworth Miners Welfare at the weekend. Last season they were promoted from NCEL division 1 as runners up behind Clipstone with 91 points from 42 games played. This is their first season in the NCEL Premier since 1999. The last time the two teams met in the league at Tadcaster was in November 2009 with The Brewers winning 3-0 with an attendance of 60. A home victory on Tuesday will put The Brewers back on top of the table, 2 points clear of Worksop Town.
