T’nique Fishley Makes the Move to Tadcaster

John Clothier1 Jul 2022 - 20:29

Yorkshire Amateur's Versatile Defender Commits to Taddy

For the second time, 6’2”tall T’nique teams up John Deacey.

T’nique is 26 years old and lives in Chapeltown, Leeds, walking distance from Yorkshire Amateurs Stadium at Bracken Edge . He works at “Fives” on the outskirts of Leeds, one of the best small-side football centres in the country.

Although a central defender he is happy to play in other positions but preferably on the right flank. T’nique’s senior career started at The Ammers in 2016 where he made his debut as a winger! He was part of the 2017/18 Toolstation NCEL Division One promotion-winning side.

He had a spell with Ossett Town before the move to Scarborough Athletic 2019 where he first played for our manager. He then returned to Yorkshire Ammers via Brighouse and Belper in time for the last campaign.

“I enjoy playing for John Deacey. He has a good football brain and always tells you how it is. His teams play attractive football and I think he will push for something this coming season. Tadcaster Albion is a nice club and I am looking forward to playing for them”

Welcome T’nique – good to have you on board
