The Brewers on Saturday lunchtime welcome the Leeds United Under 21 team to Taddy. In the last decade, we have played this fixture a number of times, but not in recent years, so we welcome our friends from West Yorkshire back to Taddy Albion. We hope you enjoy your day with us. The Brewers will be looking for further progress as a team after their away F.A. Cup defeat at Thornaby F.C and their midweek league victory at Eccleshall United.

It is an exciting time for Leeds United after their promotion to The Premiership having spent 2 years in The Championship. They had a great season last time as they finished as champions with 100 points, we wish them well in their challenging Premiership season ahead.

We always have a good attendance for games between the two teams, and for a number of seasons, Leeds United under 21s played some of their home league games at Tadcaster Albion. If as a Leeds fan you enjoy your day with us, you might wish to return to watch us in a league game or 2 when United are not playing at home on a Saturday. Please note, we do sometimes play on a Friday evening. We try to play a decent level of football and you can have a pie and a pint in relaxing circumstances without the normal massive ticket prices, and being told you have to sit there !. Leeds United Under 21 team start their first league game next Friday away at Aston Villa.

Anyway, enough of me, I hope all have a good afternoon and I am sure Ryan and the boys will enjoy the learning experience of playing against Leeds United U21.
