The Brewers head South to Dronfield, Derbyshire on Saturday to play Sheffield FC in their penultimate league game. Sheffield have now qualified for the play offs. Sheffield have had a great season and stand in 2nd position with 71 points from 35 games played.

The Brewers go into the game in 5th place , the final play off spot just 2 points ahead of Campion. They are at home to Champions Liversedge on Friday evening, so that will clarify The Brewers position before they kick off at Sheffield.

The game against Sheffield at Tadcaster back in November ended with a late 1-0 victory with our goal by Tawheed Ahmed in the 86th minute. In the form tables, Sheffield have taken a perfect 18 points from their last 6 league games played compared to The Brewers who have taken 14 points from 6 games played.

The Brewers end their regular season campaign at home to Handsworth next Saturday afternoon which will be a big day with much to play for, whatever the results this weekend.

Note. The ladies team play a game at home on Sunday at 1pm where a win would mean promotion. The postponed West Riding Cup Semi Final from last Tuesday is now being played at Barnoldswick Town on Tuesday evening.
