The Brewers head to South Yorkshire on Saturday to play Wombwell Town. They will be looking to put two disappointing home league defeats behind them last week. The Wellers have had a tough first half of the season after their promotion to the league via the play-offs last season. Last weekend, they were beaten 2-0 away on the artificial pitch at Bottesford. They have taken 12 points from 8 games at home this season.

In the game at Tadcaster back in August, it was The Brewers who came out on top with a 3-0 victory. The goals were scored by Matthew Mulhearn in the first half with a couple of second half goals coming from Olly Green and Des Okoro.

There was just one NCEL Premier game in midweek as Barton Town won 3-1 at Bottesford Town. In the league table, Barton Town are now 5 points behind Tadcaster Albion with one game in hand. An interesting game on Saturday is Beverley Town v Liversedge.

An important game for The Brewers to get back on track for the season.
