Twenty-Four-year-old Sam joins us after five seasons with Derbyshire’s Staveley Miners Welfare FC. He was club captain for the last campaign in which he played every single match.Very much a “box to box" player, he likes both defending and attacking” but is also happy in the centre of the back four or attacking midfield. A fast, high energy player who will work full out for the whole 90 minutes.
Sam is ready to test himself in a higher league and after talking to Mick O'Connell , believes Tadcaster is the place to be.
