Three goals in the first half including a brace from Frost and one from Corner sends the Brewers up to third.

Danny Frost helped himself to two goals inside the first 23 minutes, both from close range with Tom Corner finding the bottom corner from distance making it three.

Andy Milne recovered from a nasty head gash sustained in the win over Brighouse, but had to sport a Terry Butcher like headband.

Josh Barrett started his three game suspension so Jason Mycoe filled in at the back.

It took just six minutes for Michael Morton's side to break the deadlock in the glorious sunshine as a goal-kick from Goole goalkeeper Sam Leigh was in the back of his net within 10 seconds.

Aiden Savory powerfully headed back over the defence which allowed Tom Corner to race down the left and cross in for Danny Frost who couldn't miss from four yards out.

You got the feeling that it was going to be a long afternoon for the Vikings as Taddy looked dangerous in every attack.

It should have been 2-0 after eight minutes but Tom Corner's close range effort was superbly kept out by Sam Leigh.

The towering figure of Sam Colbear looked like Goole's biggest weapon to use and he tested Ingham with a neat close range effort from a corner.

The watching on Taddy faithful didn't have to wait too much longer for a second goal as Danny Frost doubled his side's lead and his tally for the afternoon.

Conor Sellars' deep corner was nodded down by Andy Milne and Frost as ever was in the right place at the right time to turn into the net.

Taddy were dominating the contest in all areas and a third goal was thoroughly deserved after 23 minutes.

Tom Corner tried his luck from 25 yards and in all honesty the striker didn't catch it cleanly but following a slight nick off of Conor Sellars' ankle, it squeezed into the bottom corner.

Half-Time: Taddy 3-0 Goole

The visitors introduced former Brewer Steve Jeff at the break as well as a new keeper in Ben Saynor whereas Taddy brought on Aaron Hardy for Josh Grant who was on a booking.

Goole started the half with much more fight and bite and were starting to have more touches of the football.

A short back-pass from Andy Milne gave Colbear a golden chance to level but Michael Ingham stood tall and kept his clean sheet for the time being.

Albion were getting into brilliant areas time and time again but the final shot was the only thing missing.

Conor Sellars set Frost away in behind who drove up the by-line and fired across goal looking for Tom Corner who just couldn't turn past Saynor.

Danny Frost was giving all he could to complete his hat-trick and in truth he probably should have had it.

The striker drove into the penalty box before cutting onto his favoured right-foot but could only fire tamely at Saynor.

Before a ball was kicked, Aiden Savory was Taddy's top scorer and he thought he had his fifth of the campaign half way through the half.

Corner's cross was perfect for Savory to divert a diving header into the back of the net but the assistant's flag was raised - Savory wasn't convinced, let's leave it at that.

Conor Sellars continued to thread in any of the three forwards, on this occasion it was Corner but credit to Steve Jeff who put in a super block.

Goole were given the chance to pull a consolation goal back in stoppage time as Jason Mycoe upended Marcus Edwards.

Edwards picked up the ball and took the spot-kick himself.

However, the experienced striker blazed way over the mark.
