Nick Thompson has to be in with a shout. Top lad and always put in a shift for the club over a number of seasons. But plenty of others that deserve a mention. Maybe I should do a Brewers 1-11 one day……

4. Player you’d most like to go on a night out with?

I’m still due a Cosmo all you can eat buffet night with Milney.....he’s still one of us!

5. Best goal you’ve ever seen at TAFC?

Wow I’ve seen hundreds of goals over the years and some real crackers. But one that sticks in mind and not for the quality but for what it meant to the club - Braithwaite vs Hemsworth (see question 11 below)

6. Funniest player played for the club?

I once played a few games for the reserves...that was hilarious.

7. Best player you’ve ever seen at TAFC?

Jono Greening takes some beating. Made it look so easy. Also an on form Matty Howgate was great to watch.

8. Most valuable TAFC employee?

Supposed I’d better say Jay haha. But honestly the work he puts in is unbelievable.

9. Most valuable TAFC volunteer?

I know I’m biased but got to say El Presidente Kevin Derry...what he’s done for this club over the years is outstanding. Would not be where we are today without the likes of him and Nobby.

10. Most memorable moment?

Lifting the NCEL Premier League Champions Trophy on the pitch with KD has to be up there.

11. Most memorable match?

The Brewers 2 - 1 Hemsworth. 2009/10. Last game of season. Only a win was good enough to get promoted. 85 min Braithwaaaaaaaaite!!!

12. And finally, why do you love the Brewers?

It’s in the blood. And you just have to love non-league football and the banter that goes with it.
