On Saturday The Brewers return to league action and return to Manchester with a trip to Mossley.

Mossley have kicked off the campaign with four points out of six plus a convincing victory in the FA Cup. On the opening day the Lilywhites salvaged a point late on at home to Kendal Town as Andrew Keogh’s strike three minutes from time saw the points shared.

Mossley, like Taddy went on to pick up their first victory of the season on the Tuesday night as they produced an incredible late comeback to steal all three points. Radcliffe Borough must have thought they were home and hosed, 3-1 up with just three minutes of normal time to go. But astonishingly, a brace from Andrew Keogh and a goal in the dying seconds from Michael Fish saw the Lilywhites somehow turn the match on its head.

Mossley come into Saturday’s fixture on the back of a comfortable 4-0 victory over Hemsworth MW in the FA Cup Preliminary Round on Saturday.

Last season the Whites finished in 13th place and therefore will be looking to push on to a top half finish this time round.

Last time out for The Brewers saw them turn a two goal deficit around in the second half with a terrific comeback to see off their fierce rivals Scarborough Athletic in the FA Cup.

Team News: Josh and Jono Greening will miss the match as they are away on holiday. This may see Jimmy Beadle play higher up the pitch alongside Tom Corner which obviously opens up a spot in midfield for possibly Fatlum Ibrahimi or Charlie Binns.

And finally boss Billy Miller will welcome central defender Gregg Anderson back into the squad after missing last week’s dramatic cup tie.

Prediction: Mossley 1-2 Tadcaster Albion – Tom Corner to find the net again and continue his impressive start to the season.
