On Bank Holiday Monday The Brewers welcome the early league leaders Farsley Celtic to the i2i stadium.

The Celts, who are one of the favourites to win the league have started the campaign in perfect fashion winning four out of four.

It's not just a case of winning though, they have won them without conceding a single goal to date which is a tremendous achievement.

Farsley were handed a season opening encounter against another fancied side in Colwyn Bay but the Yorkshire side netted the only goal of the game.

Following that they beat Goole 3-0 and Kendal 1-0 with a 6-0 demolition of Congleton Town in the FA Cup sandwiched in between also.

The Celts' defence will have to be at its very best once again if they are to keep out Taddy forward Tom Corner who has four goals in three games.

The Brewers sit just behind Farsley in fourth place and Taddy boss Billy Miller has stated that this match will give a clear indication of where they are at as you don't get many tougher tests than this.

Taddy come into the game on the back of a gutsy 1-0 win on the road at Mossley.

The Lilywhites put Miller's side under heaps of pressure but the back five stayed strong and Tom Corner's first half goal saw them leave Manchester with all three points.

Celtic have recently added a familiar face to their side in Lewis Nightingale who has re-joined on a month's loan from Darlington.

Danger man: James Walshaw has been around the leagues for a number of years and the former Harrogate Town man has found the back of the net four times already this season.

Derbies are always fast, frenetic and fiercely contested and I expect this to be no different.
