Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the i2i stadium for today’s Evo-Stik Division One North fixture against Colwyn Bay.

We hope Paul and his staff enjoy their stay and have a safe journey home afterwards.

Paul’s side have actually been experiencing a similar feat to ourselves in recent weeks with a slight blip in results.

Thankfully we are coming into today’s match with a win under our belts after Tuesday night’s West Riding County Cup victory over Silsden.

I understand that it was against a team two divisions below us but a win is a win and it gives us a much needed confidence boost.

It was imperative that we got through the game unscathed with no more additional injuries and also that we gave some players some vital pitch time.

It also gave us the opportunity to blow off the cobwebs and score a few goals which we did very well courtesy of Carl Stewart, Conor Sellars and Jono Greening.

Colwyn Bay will undoubtedly make for a difficult contest but one that should be enjoyable for the football purists.

Hopefully we can end our little hoodoo today and get back on the right track, because we are not far away!

Thank you for all of your support this season!

Keep it up!

The Management
