Experienced stopper Michael Ingham is expected to be out for 3/4 months after an operation on his foot.

Michael sustained the injury against Goole back in October when a short back-pass was chased down by the Goole player and Ingham struck the forward after clearing the ball.

Ingham hasn't featured since and after several scans the results stated that Michael will need an operation meaning he will be out of action until March 2017.

"I'm absolutely gutted" said Ingy.

"I never thought it was that bad but I'm far from done. I'm determined to be back sooner than the 3/4 months diagnosed."

Incredibly this is Michael's first ever operation during his long professional career and we wish him a full and speedy recovery.
