The tie is one leg on Tuesday 1st May at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium (7:45pm) with the final being played on Saturday 5th May at the club that finished highest in the league table. The match will be settled on the night with extra-time and penalties if required.

There are limited spaces available on the coach picking up at Acomb Green at 4:10pm and at the ground in Tadcaster at 4:30pm. The gates will be open from 6:30pm with plenty of food and drink available at the refreshment bar.
