As most of you will already know, the fixture was originally planned for Saturday 15th December and it did in fact start.

Harry Coates had given the Brewers an early lead heading into the back of the net before the floodlights tripped after quarter of an hour.

There was much controversy following the fixture as the club felt like it was light enough to continue only for the visitors to disagree, forcing the match to be abandoned.

In other news, Taddy's trip to play-off rivals Brighouse Town has been brought forward to Saturday 9th February (3pm).
