Breaking News: Club Captain Jimmy Beadle Leaves The Club

Jimmy, who is a self-employed miner and starts work in the early hours of the morning recently suffered a back injury.

Coupled with the significant travel time from Scarborough, he has decided to take a break from football for the time being.

Beadle was hugely instrumental in our famous promotion of last season scoring a terrific 22 goals along the way.

Tadcaster Albion Manager Billy Miller has backed Jimmy's decision.

"I fully understand and support Jimmy's decision. He was one of my best ever signings, massively influential in our triumph last year."

"His commitment and attitude have been second to none and we all wish him well for the future."

Chairman Matt Gore said "This has really come out of the blue and quite a shock but we fully understand his situation."
